  Wanted to believe the hype the company puts out but alas it failed for us. Used it for a couple of applications, thought it might be working, but then did reapplication as per instructions and went out the very next morning to find new nest and new chewed wires on the top of my engine. Through the process of trying to eliminate the mice/rats from chewing on our vehicles and using many various products and processes, Rataway was the least effective product and one of the most expensive

  The owner/creator has customer service issues. In addition, he is not able to ship the products upon receiving payment. This is a small time operator with a very hands off attitude. I received very unprofessional phone calls and emails from Rataway. I still do not have the product I paid for.
